Enrollment Information
All enrollments for new and transferring students in the Hughes-Elizabeth Lakes Union School District will be done at our school office. Office hours are 8:00-3:30, Monday through Friday. Our courteous staff will be able to assist you with all your registration needs.
You will need to bring the following original documents to complete enrollment:
NOTE: School entry may be denied until all requirements are met.
1. Proof of Residence: (One of the following) A current document (within one month) that shows the parent or guardian’s name and home address.
¨ Current Utility Bill (gas, electric, water, or telephone)
¨ Escrow Papers
2. Verification of Student Birthdate: (One of the following)
¨ Certified Birth certificate (preferred)
¨ Baptismal record
¨ Permanent Residency card
¨ Passport/Visa
4. Immunization Records (yellow card)
5. School Transfer papers or last report card
We reserve the right to ask for additional verification if necessary. Any changes in address or phone number must be reported to the office immediately.
